Our nightsare builtin the dark.

The hours after dinner decide more than they get credit for..

The Idea

Mornings get the credit. Nights do the work.

01Simple moves.
02Done in the dark.
03Read in the morning.
Four Weeks of Mornings

What glucose does over four weeks.

One reading each morning, before coffee. Here's the shape a month of them tends to take.

WEEK 0WEEK 1WEEK 2WEEK 3WEEK 4
Week 0Your baseline. No changes yet, just watching.
Week 1The first better morning often shows up around day three.
Week 2The wobble. Sensors drift and the dawn rise pushes early numbers up. Expected.
Week 3Three days of eating in a shorter timeframe.
Week 4A different feeling night.

An illustration of the shape, not a promised number. Your own line is the one that counts.

Your mornings
are built in the dark.

Who It's For

A morning number that's started to creep. Or one you're curious about.

01Prediabetes, insulin resistance, or a new type 2 diagnosisA recent lab, or a sensor showing the same high morning.
02Normal numbers, curious about your nightsYour line will likely be calmer. Watching what moves it is still the fun part.
03On metformin, a GLP-1, or no medsEach of those fits. Any med changes stay with your doctor.
noOn insulin or a sulfonylureaThose two carry real low blood sugar risk, so this one isn't the fit.
The Next Run

Small on purpose.

A handful of people per run, so each week gets a real read.

The Application

Where are you right now?

Any glucose meds?

Already have a sensor?

How do your mornings feel right now?

Got it. Thank you.

Sheena reads each one herself. You'll hear back by email.

Good questions.

My GLP-1 or metformin is already handling it.

The meds are working. This is about what's working underneath them.

Why pay for something I could do myself?

Most of my patients knew how to floss. Two of them did. The habits are free. What you're paying for is someone beside you, an end date, and a page for your doctor.

My numbers are normal. Is this for me?

Yes. Your line will likely be calmer, and seeing what nudges it is still worth four weeks.

I don't want another overhaul.

Mostly this changes what happens after 6 pm. Dessert stays. It just moves earlier in the day.

Isn't one number a drop in the bucket?

One number you can watch move. The rest gets easier to believe after that.

Do I need a doctor's order for the sensor?

No. Lingo and Stelo are both over the counter.
